We have licensed counselors on staff with over 100 years of combined professional experience who specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, client focused therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, behavior modification, EMDR, individualized specific treatment plans, and other eclectic psychotherapy approaches to meet your specific mental health needs, which also includes psychological testing, case management services and psychotropic medication management provided by Physicians Assistants.
We also have several certified Life Coaches who are available to provide Life and business coaching.

We offer counseling and other mental health services in Meridian, also serving the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Emmett, Kuna, and the surrounding areas.
