Although we provide therapy services for most diagnoses listed in the DSM-V-TR, we recognize that emotions like depression, fear, and anxiety are among the most common and uncomfortable experiences we may face in life. Through mental health counseling and online therapy, we can help you regain the motivation, perspective, and joy you once enjoyed.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. Our mental health counseling services can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. Many of our clinicians utilize therapy services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, with options available for online therapy.
Online Services/TeleHealth
Mental health counseling can be beneficial for individuals, families, and couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connections at all stages of their relationships and beyond! Our therapy services include online therapy through telehealth, allowing you to attend sessions from the safety of your own home or environment at a time that is convenient for you.
Services
Comprehensive Counseling Services
Our mental health counseling services are designed for individuals, families, couples, and children, addressing your unique mental health needs. Our licensed clinical staff members provide a range of therapy services, including play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, IFS, and other effective therapies tailored to treat post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, parenting challenges, ADHD, and much more. We also offer group therapy options for those who require additional support (please see our resource page).
Psychotropic Medication Management Services
Our Physician Assistants offer essential services for clients already in counseling with our licensed clinical staff, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
Case Management
Our case management services are available to all clients and are typically covered under Medicaid. While not always covered by commercial insurance, we still provide these services at a consultation rate. Case management begins with an intake or assessment, conducted over the phone or in person, which lasts about 60 minutes. This assessment allows the provider to gather valuable information regarding strengths and needs, helping the Case Manager to set goals, solve problems, and connect clients with community resources. Our case management services focus on helping individuals gain independence, improve their quality of life, and find the necessary resources available.
Life Coaching
Our life coaching services, available for ages 12 and up, aim to assist clients in achieving personal goals, gaining clarity in life purpose, relationship fulfillment, wellness achievements, leadership development, and business growth, while also addressing limiting beliefs that may hinder success. Packages for coaching services are available upon request. Please note that coaching sessions, priced at $75 cash or check, are not covered by insurance.
Conferences/Seminars/CEU Training
We offer tailored conferences, seminars, and training specifically designed for your business, staff, and school personnel. These offerings include life coaching, mental health education, training interventions, motivational speaking, and more! Stay tuned for upcoming online webinars!
TeleMental Health
We provide TeleMental Health services to qualifying clients, utilizing our training in delivering effective online therapy. We accept most insurance plans, including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Select Health, Optum, Medicaid, Crime Victims Compensation, and Employee Assistance Programs. Additionally, we accept payments via cash, credit cards, and checks.
***We also have a Certified Spanish Speaking Translator on staff to ensure we can serve Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
**REDUCED FEES FOR SERVICES**
We are excited to offer counseling services at a discounted rate of $40 per session, available only through our Master's Level Counseling/SW Interns (cash or check only). These interns, who are currently accepting clients, have several years of experience and cater to individuals of all ages. They are highly trained and supervised by the Clinic Director and Lead Clinicians.
