Although we offer services for most diagnosis in the DSM-V, we acknowledge that depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Counseling can be beneficial to individuals, families, and couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connections, in all stages of their relationships and more! Telehealth that includes online sessions are held from the safety of your own home or environment at a time that is convenient for you.
For individuals, families, couples, and children: these are services that are specific to your mental health needs. We have licensed clinical staff members that provide counseling services including play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, IFS, and other therapies designed to treat post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar, behavioral issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, parenting, ADHD, and much more. We also offer group therapy for those who are in need of further mental health supportive services.
Psychotropic Medication Management Services
Services with our Physician Assistants on staff for those who are in counseling with one of our licensed clinical staff members.
Psychological Testing Services
This is for individuals from ages 5-adulthood, who need psychological testing. Some examples of what can be tested for include Intellectual Disabilities (including IQ), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Trauma, Psychotic Disorders, Personality Disorders, Disruptive, Impulse-Control and conduct disorders, Derealization or Depersonalization.
Case Management
Available to all clients. Services are typically covered under Medicaid, but are not always covered under Commercial insurance, but are still offered at a consultation rate. Case Management begins with an intake or assessment over the phone or in person and takes about 60 minutes. This assessment gives the provider information including strengths and needs to help the Case Manager set goals, problem solve, and link clients with all necessary resources in the community. Case Management helps individuals become more independent, can improve quality of life, and provides support in linking clients with resources available.
Targeted Care Coordination Services
This is the process that assists youth and their family to locate, coordinate, facilitate, provide linkage, advocate for, and monitor the mental and physical health, social, education, and other services identified as necessary. This process begins with an initial contact with a Target Care Coordinator to obtain information and schedule a child and family team meeting, which varies in duration. The second meeting is the CFT (child and family team) meeting to complete a person-centered service plan (PCSP). As every individual is unique, as to is this process and ongoing target care coordination services. TCC is available and reserved for those who are in services within our clinic.
Life Coaching.
These services are available for ages 12-adulthood for those who are seeking to achieve personal goals, clarity in your life purpose, relationship fulfillment, wellness achievements, leadership ability, business growth, and removing unwanted, blocking beliefs that may limit your success. Packages are available upon request. Coaching services are not covered by insurance. Each session is $75 cash or check.
Nutrition Consultation.
These services are available for ages 10 and older. The key roles are to educate, inspire, and empower clients to make healthy food choices and implement and maintain healthy habits. Specific services may include nutrition and wellness education, nutritional analysis, behavioral change coaching, meal planning, pantry make overs and support.
Conferences/Seminars/CEU Training.
These services are designed specifically for your needs for your place of business, staff, and/or school personnel. These services include life coaching, mental health education/interventions/trainings, motivational speaking and more! Online webinars coming soon!
Applies only to counseling services with a Master's Level Counseling/SW Intern (cash or check only) WE ARE NOW OFFERING COUNSELING SERVICES AT A DISCOUNTED RATE at $40 per session. For those clients who are interested in seeking counseling services, we have Master's level interns who are currently accepting clients. They have several years of experience and work with most clients of all ages. They are highly trained and supervised by the Clinic Director and Lead Clinicians.
