Beth Grover, BS, Client Care Coordinator and Case Manager, graduated with distinction from Utah Valley University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science, emphasizing Social Work. With her role as an Intake Coordinator, Beth has served as a Para-educator for the West Ada School District, assisting students and teachers in Special Education, Extended Resource, and Case Management, while also implementing Positive Behavior Interventions. Over the past 24 years, she has effectively utilized her training in Administrative Management to secure beneficial social and financial resources, as well as community services for families of children and adults with special needs. Her experience also includes working as a Medicaid Certified Family Home provider for adults with developmental disabilities, where she promotes personal growth and independence. Beth is committed to providing inclusive Mental Health Services and works with individuals of all genders, ages, and abilities/disabilities. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys various indoor and outdoor activities like cooking, watching movies, paddleboarding, running, camping, and playing basketball. Beth cherishes making memories and sharing experiences with family and friends.
Laura Stone brings a genuine passion for helping people feel welcomed, heard, and supported in her role as a Client Care Coordinator at Limitless Life Counseling. With a professional background spanning client service, insurance, healthcare, and administrative support, she has spent much of her career helping people navigate important- and sometimes challenging- moments in their lives. Raised in a small farming community in Idaho, Laura credits her upbringing with shaping many of the values she carries with her today; hard work, humility, kindness, loyalty, and the importance of treating people with respect. Throughout her career, she has found that the part of her work she values most is building meaningful connections and creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and simply being themselves. Outside of the workplace, Laura loves spending time with her dogs, being outdoors, exploring Idaho’s mountains and hot springs, attending concerts and events, spending time with the people she loves, and finding new adventures along the way.
Becky Waggaman, LCSW, CCFC, CCTP, CLC, HNCC, CEO, specializes in providing comprehensive mental health services addressing anxiety, post-traumatic stress, divorce, parenting challenges, fire-setting behaviors, oppositional defiance, behavioral issues, anger, depression, and grief/loss. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, she also holds certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional, Life Coach, and in Holistic Nutrition. Trained in Trauma focused modalities and EMDR, Becky is a published author and national speaker with vast experience in the mental health field since 1993. Becky has developed a targeted curriculum for juvenile fire setters for fire departments in Idaho and has collaborated with the Treasure Valley Fire Departments since 1994. Her contributions to these organizations were recognized by the Regional Northwest Allstate Insurance Group. Furthermore, she authored a children’s book, "Mending and Healing", focusing on helping children navigate the difficulties of divorce. Throughout her career of nearly 31 years, she has focused her practice counseling men, women, children, families, and couples, utilizing theoretical approaches that include TF-CBT, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, depression, grief, anger, and various behavioral issues. She is a member of several professional organizations including the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Clinically Certified Forensic Counselors, and trained with National Child Traumatic Stress Network. Becky also works with First Responder Networks throughout the United States. Moreover, she has dedicated years to training and consulting other mental health professionals. As an approved supervisor with the State of Idaho, she assists social workers and counselors in fulfilling their private practice clinical hours.
Becky has a great passion for helping others and providing care that empowers healing. Her passion includes loving spending time outdoors ranching with her horses, cows, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, fishing, and boating, alongside of her husband, family, and friends. Life is truly a gift. She treasures the life she has and is gracious for each moment.
Van Waggaman, CFO of Business Operations at Limitless Life Counseling, is a U.S. Navy Veteran and retired Idaho State Police Officer who brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and professionalism to his role. With over 30 years of experience in financial management and executive leadership, Van has served as a Director of Financial Operations for numerous corporate organizations across the nation, overseeing budgeting, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives while also ensuring exceptional client care coordination in mental health services.
Throughout his career, Van has built a reputation for operational excellence and fiscal accountability. His unique blend of public service and corporate leadership enables him to bridge the gap between the private sector and public agencies, fostering efficient and ethical business practices wherever he leads. Having worked with diverse populations and traveled extensively for both business and pleasure, Van brings a global perspective to his work. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life, supported by his disciplined background in law enforcement and military service, ensures a balanced approach to leadership rooted in respect, precision, and teamwork.
