Stacie Garton, Client Care Coordinator/Administrative Manager/Billing Specialist has more than a decade of experience working with insurance companies, billing, as well as managing practices and many more years of customer service in addition to being self employed for 27 years. She is happy to answer questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns, and make your visits positive. Stacie enjoys spending time with her family, going to the mountains, and riding horses.
Beth Grover, BS, Intake Coordinator/Client Care Coordinator/Case Manager graduated with distinction from Utah Valley University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Social Work. Beth has worked as a Para-educator for the West Ada School District where she assisted students and teachers in Special Education, Extended Resource, Case Management, and Positive Behavior Intervention. Over the past 20 years Beth has used her training and education to obtain and utilize appropriate, beneficial social and financial resources and community services for families of children and adults who have special needs. Beth has experience working as a Medicaid Certified Family Home provider for adults with developmental disabilities where she facilitates and encourages personal growth and independence. Beth works with all genders, ages, abilities/disabilities and is a strong advocate of inclusion. When not at work, she can be found enjoying indoor and outdoor activities including cooking, eating, watching movies, paddleboarding, running, camping and basketball. She enjoys making memories and sharing experiences with family and friends.
Maria Masuca, Client Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, is bilingual, both in English and Spanish. She has over 25 years of experience in customer service in medical office administrative roles such as insurance verification, referrals, and other assigned duties. Maria will ensure a positive experience and help resolve any concerns you may have. Maria loves spending time with her family, likes to take road trips, and watching sports.
Isabel Rodriguez , Client Care Coordinator is a qualified medical interpreter in both English and Spanish. She has an Master's degree in finances from Universidad San Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor's degree in business administration. Isabel has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and marketing. She is committed to be a helping hand and is eager to learn new things every day. She enjoys her free time with her family, working out and being a soccer mom. She loves music and singing. Her favorite hobby is beading jewelry.
Becky Waggaman, LCSW, CCFC, CCTP, CLC, HNCC, CEO, specializes in anxiety, post traumatic stress, divorce, parenting, fire setting behaviors, oppositional defiance, behavioral issues, anger, depression, and grief/loss. Becky is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, Certified, Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Life Coach, Certified in Holistic Nutrition, trained in TeleHealth, EMDR trained, and a published author and national speaker. She has worked in the mental health field since 1993. Currently, she counsels men, women, children, families, and couples, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy treating anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, depression, and behavioral issues. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Clinically Certified Forensic Counselors, the Northwest Children’s Trauma Network, and the Critical Incident Stress Management Association. She has extensively counseled children, teens, families, couples, parents, individuals, and employee assistance programs. Becky has spent years training and consulting other mental health professionals. She is an approved supervisor with the State of Idaho for social workers and counselors who need private practice clinical hours. Becky has also developed a curriculum for juvenile fire setters for the fire departments in the state of Idaho and have worked with the Fire Departments and juveniles in the Treasure Valley since 1994. Her work with the Fire Departments was recognized and awarded by the Regional Northwest Allstate Insurance Group. She has authored and published a children’s book, “Mending and Healing” aka "Split in Two" as well as numerous self help articles. She had developed a website to provide resources, teach, encourage and inspire others. She has also developed curriculum for workshops regarding healthy relationship building groups for women as well as teens to encourage and discover sense of self and live life to the fullest.
Van Waggaman, CBC, CFO, Business Operations, is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired Idaho State Police Officer, Van also has over 25 years of being a Director of Financial operations for corporate companies based throughout the nation. Van has worked with diverse populations and has traveled the world, both, business and pleasure. He brings his expertise of working with both, the private sector as well as public agencies.
